Energetic support:
Rose (the maiden) tonifies the physical and emotional body and is known for its supportive healing from heartbreak and grief. Energetically, rose is used to strengthen and balance boundaries.
Motherwort (the mother) is known for easing anxiety, and especially useful for burnout symptoms. This herb works well for men and women, and is also excellent for peri- and menopausal women.
Hawthorn (the crone) is widely recognized for its heart-strengthening properties. Energetically, it stabilizes heart energy, fosters emotional clarity, and encourages fuller participation in life. Hawthorn offers the courage to speak your truth, calms the nervous system, and softens self-judgment. Over time, it deepens empathy and brings greater understanding to both your inner needs and the experiences of others.
Recommended Dosages:
For the physical body: ½ dropper 2x daily.
For grief, loss and trauma work: 3-5 drops, 2-3x daily for at least 30 days.
NOTE: Motherwort contains cardiac alkaloids - internal use is not recommended during pregnancy or in conjunction with pharmaceutical medications that act on the heart.

Brewing instructions:
Add 1 tablespoon of tea to 1 cup of hot water. Steep 15 minutes. Enjoy 1 - 3 cups daily
Can also be cold brewed overnight.
This tea is most effective when consumed over several weeks.
